A Nevada limited power of attorney form is designed for the principal to establish special or “limited” powers so an agent can perform certain tasks on the principal’s behalf. The powers granted to the attorney-in-fact and the timeframe in which they will be in effect will be established in this contract. The principal can elect to have the agreement expire at a certain date or upon the termination of the task or transaction in question. While power of attorney is granted, the agent/attorney-in-fact must always act with the wishes and best interests of the principal in mind.

Signing Requirements (NRS162A.220) – Notary public.
