A Nevada vehicle power of attorney form, otherwise known as Form VP136, is used to select an agent to handle vehicle ownership transfers/titles and registration and applications for certificates of title from a Nevada DMV. This document is limited to vehicle-related matters and cannot be used for granting other powers. The information provided on the power of attorney form must be identical to the records and books kept by the State of Nevada.
