A Connecticut limited power of attorney form is a legal document that gives an agent the ability to represent the principal to complete a task. The form becomes void once the assignment has been completed, at the expiration date of the document, or at any other time designated by the principal. This document is most commonly used for electing someone, usually an attorney, to handle a real estate transaction on another person’s behalf.
