A Georgia vehicle power of attorney form, also known simply as form ‘T-8’, allows a person to elect another to handle any type of registration or representation of a vehicle on their behalf. The details of the vehicle, including the VIN number and model/make, are required. The limited power of attorney will only be valid for 12 months beyond its completion.
