A Nevada living will is a legal document explaining a patient’s wishes to withdraw or withhold life-sustaining treatment when terminally ill or permanently unconscious. A patient must be at least 18 years old and “of sound mind” to execute a living will in Nevada. They can also designate another person who meets the same criteria to make these decisions for them.
