A Nevada vehicle power of attorney form, otherwise known as Form VP136, is used to select an agent to handle vehicle ownership transfers/titles and registration and applications for certificates of title from a Nevada DMV. This document is limited to vehicle-related matters and cannot be used for granting other powers.
