An Alabama DMV power of attorney is used for people who cannot make it to perform any type of activity at this State office and would like to designate someone else to do so. This usually is vehicle registration related, and the person selected and the Principal must authorize this form as it will need to be presented when performing the designated task.

Signing Requirements – The form must be completed and signed in the presence of a notary public.
