Vehicle Power of Attorney Form | Illinois

An Illinois vehicle power of attorney form enables residents to assign a lawful attorney-in-fact to sign papers relating to the transfer of ownership of a vehicle or the securing of the title/registration. The individual selected will be able to complete all related acts on behalf of the resident. The principal only needs to provide their name and information, the name of the representative, the vehicle information, and the information pertaining to the purchaser and date of sale (if applicable).
